With a major shareholder with 75% another offer is out of the question. To hold on the prospect of one emerging at this point seems, at the very least, overly optimistic.
In any company there'll be a percentage of people who don't follow their investments or can't be bothered sending an acceptance for whatever inconcievable reason - hence the 90%.
In the next few weeks most of those who aren't in that category WILL accept. The only real question is will there be 90% of them - if there are DLS had numerous options to mop up the remainder which may, or may not result in the few receiving a better deal than currently offered.
If this were my decision I'd take the money and run and if I hadn't studied the machinations of DLS thouroughly and for an extended period of time I wouldn't risk my money there either.
