How can you say -- --- 11% of issued capital shorted??????????????????????????????

As of yesterday 25-2-19 the ASX shortsold list :-

BAL BELLAMY'S AUSTRALIA LIMITED FPO 841,970 113,368,297 .74
If my calculations are correct then today we would have to see 11,628,542 shorted on top of the 841,970 to equal 12,470,512 in total shorted. (11%)
Hope somebody checks me out (been wrong before.)
I think you mean of the total shares traded on a day (yesterday maybe !!!) 11% were that of 'shorters'. leaving 89% not shorted!!!!
