    In the Placement prospectus it states

    Legal Proceedings
    The Company is presently involved in legal action relating to a dispute over new
    tenement applications in Namibia. There is no other litigation, arbitration or
    proceedings pending against or involving the Company as at the date of this
    Prospectus.

    So the directors have made a disclosure
