Be careful about this legal battle. Hardly anybody can give you some hard evidence on that. In Germany they drove the share price up to 0.039EUR = 0.061AU$ in just one day - an increase of almost 100%.
There also was a strong decline in sp for Forsys (TSX: FSY).
I asked questions here on Hotcopper on the 11th about this all. Nobody even put an reply on it.
