Hi mate. I don't think the report is much to worry about. It just confirms what the market already knew from a previous report. That there is a legal battle over the epl.

The main focus should be on the europeans who are buying up the shares, as far as I know they haven't stopped and if aussie sells down I believe the europeans will just buy all they can get.

I read the blogs on that german site and they are quite feverish about MAN

I am wondering what the Euro buyers are up to.. any thoughts?
