Good volume has been going through BSG in recent days. This says to me that the merger vote is a no brainer. All those opposed have been selling out to the buyers that will vote "yes".

Also a great time to buy BSG if you are in favour of the merger. The meger price should see BSG at about $3.08 so buying BSG at $2.87 and then effectively converting them to CDE at an equivalent price of $3.08 (on today'si pricing) is an excellent arbitrage opportunity.
