Without any doubt, someone is accumulating this stock, it is being done very slowly and the price is being kept down below 16c for a reason.
Someone mentioned last week that there is some major news coming out in September, well, if that is the case, this accumulator knows all about it.
Couple of weeks ago it hit 18c and the pump and dump that some poster talked about never really happened, on the contrary, it has been rock solid .......time will tell in the next 4 weeks, PPP maybe knows something about the company that we don't.
