I don't actually think that there are that many sellers and supply is getting really tight.
One lucky buyer managed to pick up a small parcel of 100,000 shares on Friday for .059 (next to nothing in the scheme of things). On any share registry there is always going to be a forced seller or two, or heaven forbid, someone who will sell a small parcel at too a low price in an attempt to drive the price down. Maybe it was the buyer at .058 who sold a parcel way too cheap to try and pick up his/her fill. They may or may not succeed in the short term and you can't blame them for trying. However it seems that no-one is falling for it at this stage as the next available parcel for sale is a mere 80,000 shares at .063.
In other words anyone trying to get a decent fill under 6 cents may have missed the boat and these buyers will need to adjust to the new reality that has kicked in since the latest announcement from the company regarding the Alcidion transaction. These buyers putting in bids below 6 cents risk missing out altogether if all shares for sale in the 6's are suddenly taken out by a savvy buyer wanting to accumulate a decent fill. (the next available shares at this stage suddenly jump into the 8's).
