They seem to always have some kind of excuse for not reaching their expected financial/production targets. Seems that all of their previous resource grades have not come up to scratch so I don't put much faith in the Peru findings or announcements.
Horst like you said with 2x new 30t dump trucks, additional milling equipment etc, etc and gold spot price at record highs and yet the most important thing that should have been resolved long before mining ever started should have been getting fully approved road access to all sites.
This Co's creditabilty and management IMO is fast becoming a joke !!!
