There's a lot of pip trading going on. I know one guy who does the same 200k trading parcel all the time. Buys low 3s, sells mid-high 3s. Must have done it at least six times now. Seems like a lot of hard work for not much return, but that's how he makes his living I guess. And I'm sure there are more like him.
In the end its irrelevant other than maybe impacting the price at which CR is done...fundamentally though the SP will do what it will (ie go nuts if they get into production, do nothing if they don't).
