Why would they take over?
According to the arm chair experts PEN on this & other sites, PEN will never be a producer as the resource is not ameniable to mining.
So BR will throw millions of dollars at a venture that can't & won't proceed?
Or are you saying it is a viable mine & they know it & they know USA needs more U producers & barriers to entry will be overcome?
