That would be nice but where did you read that UCG would be given the go-ahead in Queensland even if one or more of the trials met all requirements of the ISP? One problem seems to be that the large and powerful CSG industry in Q requires that the groundwater table is drawn down whereas this would be a problem for UCG. So any policy would imo need to keep a considerable buffer between the two industries.
