In my personal opinion at this low point is the optimum time to buy. Issues being overcome some new management, plus a steady climb in Gold and Silver.
Generally in mining you invest 30% in locating the resource, KRM have several mines.
30% goes on the plant and set up, KRM have working mines with extraction equipment in place .
So KRM are well positioned now to start earning from the above in situ assets.
