    A couple of years on and it looks like the selling now at 16 is also being absorbed. Board changes and a new CEO spell a totally different company looking to make regular profits and provide regular dividends. Power prices have been very firm this year and should offset the terrible wind resource the last 6 months. Interesting times ahead.
