A) forgot
B) made an error in last notice- should have read 30 sept 2020 and forgot to correct
C) two sets of accounts were signed and given to the office junior to race over to the company secretary to release to the market but the junior was involved in a car jacking ( he is ok) but
the only set of accounts- together with all source documents and backup were stolen
