    In response to ashahriar; my answer is that they dont need to buy shares because they will just continue to issue themselves shares.

    In the event a shareholder thinks differently to the board, and wants to change things, they run a fear campaign. its a fantastic board, all in favour of the promotion of shareholder well-being, until you as a shareholder happen to disagree with them, or question their right to pay themselves more and issue each other more shares at shareholder expense.
