i asked you. i know what i think its worth, and i think right now the market has it about right. i am asking what YOU think its worth. YOU are the one going on and on ad nauseum about "paying full price" for Hawsons. I am curious what you think that number is. I dont understand why that would be difficult for you.

I have publicly said what our offer was. You seem to want to throw the boards fiduciary duty back at me for some reason. I assume that you would want to know that an offer to bring a steel mill to the table was rejected by a majority of the whole board after due consideration of all the issues. This is a minimum standard we would expect from the board of any public company. I am rather concerned that you dont seem to think this is important.
