I dont think we seenthe end of it. Obviously ASI are not going to spend the money as in the past judgements state " they havent got it". I wonder how profitable their Chinese business is ? Maybe they need to let the board continue with the good work to date then ASI/ Silvergate maybe able to recoup the price they paid and withdraw quietly?
