Hi Ed, thanks for your reply, it's a shame you don't think that you now could all work together. If the votes don't go your way on Friday, perhaps after all the dust settles you can revisit that option in the future. Small steps, one at a time. I suppose Nick feels that CAP is his baby, having nurtured it from the beginning. In all disputes, it helps to try and understand the other party's point of view, and this obviously goes for Nick as well.

It's testing my memory now but I think I was told by the secretary (Chris?) that the board went without pay for about 8 months, but in any case I like your attitude in regards to protecting your (and other shareholders) interests through the bad times.

At the end of the day we all want the same thing, which is CAP moving forward with Hawsons ASAP.
