    That was why i was so shocked when Nick told me to do it.

    If CAP were not interested in doing a deal, we could not lie to the Steel Mill so the message was passed on, as Nick requested. To repeat, this was only done because Nick instructed me to do so.

    The proposal is indeed documented. ill have copies in my briefcase on Friday. You will be welcome to see it if you so choose on the day.
