    I am greatly surprises by your comments where you say that your representatives have already told a Chinese Steel Mill that CAP is not interested in their (undocumented) proposal.

    This admission is an example of some unconscionable conduct on behalf of ASI, even if it was true that their was a Steel Mill proposal on the table.

    As proposed directors of CAP this type of behavior would be rather counter productive to CAP and your interest and is further evidence that your nominees are unfit to be directors of CAP.
