    I think the key questions here really are who is best placed to take CAP to the next level and become a producer....

    Does Nick have a new partner who will take of the JV agreement? If not, then Silvergate is the best option moving forward.

    Buster, does Silvergate have any association with Conglin Yue and has there been any discussions with him as to how you want to take this project forward?
