Thank you to all who have discussed CAP amicably. I realise that this is a pretty complicated situation. It is also very frustrating! Having such a good project mired by all that has occurred....
Being a small shareholder, I am never going to have all the facts, which means, BusterEMC, realistically, I find it hard to trust an entity that is unable to share all the information that would probably be able to sway my vote.
I understand that you must protect your business as well, (confidentiality etc), but.. being a SH of CAP for 3 years now. Nick and his team have shown only honesty to me, more than most of the stocks I own or have owned. As such, they have my respect and support. I freely admit I am not happy about the current share price, but ironically, until they find a J/V partner who will do the heavy lifting, the situation will stay the same I feel.
If after this whole affair is finally at an end, I find out that CAP Managements decisions were only to benefit themselves, I will await the next AGM and vote against them (pretty much all I can do other than calling them personally or selling).
It is very hard for me to not support them, when I really don't understand how your entity having more control over the board will assist me in getting a better return.? I know you have clearly stated what advantages you might offer the company, BUT, they are just that, statements.
Sorry, I am trying to be as honest as possible in an ever increasingly distrustful world. I hope I have in no way offended you, or anyone else with this post. I am merely trying to explain why I found it impossible to vote in favor of ASI's request. I sincerely hope some compromise can be found to get CAP moving again, but... I have doubts that this will occur :-(
