Silvergate should save their money from posting letters and instead make a full takeover bid for CAP, or alternatively buy 40% of Hawsons.

Still waiting for an answer from BusterEMC as to why they are insisting on removing 2 CAP directors, when CAP offered them their 2 board seats.

If Silvergate wins on Friday it will have 40% voting rights (2 out of 5 board seats) with less than 20% of shares - the math isn't that difficult.
