No, i think that directors should be elected by shareholders and have delivered something before they are issued shares.

At a time when the company faces more uncertainty than ever before, where they have been unable to locate a JV partner and where cash will start to become tight before the end of the financial year, i actually think its a bit rich.

But lets agree to disagree on that and agree to agree on wishing a positive future for the company.
