I understand what you are saying but in fairness i think they are quite factual and i also think they are far less harsh than Mr Sheards suggestion to all shareholsers that this is a takeover, dont you think?

They are issuing themselves shares, and they are paying themselves more, and they are doing it all at shareholder expense.

However, if you feel it is unreasonable to point that out, then i retract the statement and apologise.
