BusterEMC....I am not a CAP shareholder and thus have not read your letter to shareholders. Nor do I wish to contact you privately as I have no concerns that cannot be expressed on a public forum.

My concern is that if ASI/Silvergate gain control of CAP's BOD then Chinese interests will be served here at the expense of long suffering CAP shareholders.
