    I haven't received the paperwork either.

    I called the hotline, who directed me to my broker, CMC Markets. When I spoke to them they were quite confused and advised they were unable to accept the offer on my behalf without a (scanned) copy of the offer letter. Since I don't have the letter this is problematic.

    Anyone have advice on how to proceed from here?
