Love it when someones just as exited as me!
For guessing price we can only draw hazy comparisons to whats on the market and I think using MRSA as a base is a good start, it's now resistant for Flucloxacillin and Cefalexin (both on the WHO list of most essential medicines- one we would go on) so a company that made Fluclox are the Wyeth-Ayerst labs...holding 22.4 BILLION revenue in 08 before a takeover by Pfizer for about $50 a share (I don't know details of share dillutions etc). Now W-A labs have been around forever so that isn't as tidy a comparison as I'd like but it points us in the right direction. Shinogi labs makes Cefalexin and has an annual revenue of 3.009B.
Now these labs made/make other products too but nothing close as novel as this, IMO novel cure to resistant strains of bacteria and viruses brings a company up to the level of someone who makes an failing antibiotic and a cold and flu tablet ya know. 700,000 deaths a year could be vastly reduced, putting a price on that is impossible really (number from WHO - 10Mil by 2050). That's 700,000 fewer heartbroken families, 700,000 fewer hospital bills and 700,000 fewer chances of passing an infection.

And Pfizer is the largest producer of penicillin in the world so we will be of great interest to them for a takeover at some stage as they wouldnt want to be knocked off that throne.
If this takes off and human trials get the FDA go ahead I say $10
End of year if we go to market I say $50 (hospitals would smash the supply in a heartbeat)
When people realise it works and the public trust is built up who even knows but I think pfizer/GSK will be knocking at our door and I have no idea how it could be valued.

This is all wild rambling speculation, but thats half the fun of H.C.
