So shareholders are penalised for Corporate misconduct that is totally out of their control!! This just shows how misguided the thinking of this man and the ACCC is. Surely, any action(corporate or criminal or both) should be taken against the Director/s and not against the Company, unless it can be proven that directors and shareholders were complicit in the misconduct.
