"The securities of AusCann Group Holdings Ltd (“Company”) were suspended from Official Quotation on 31 October 2016. The securities of the Company will be reinstated to Official Quotation from the commencement of trading on Friday, 3 February 2017 following the Company’s re-compliance with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules pursuant to Listing Rule 11.1.3."
