It does look like a gift to prime. Des will need to convince a lot of small shareholders that taking up the RI is the right thing to do. If thyis little black duck does, it will be the largest and most expensive parcel I've bought, so I am keen to find out more info, quickly. DES should release projections and forecasts and performance of their many facets. There wasnt much said about the Fremantle deal, surely they crunched some numbers, I think the consolidation is due and timely but how about some more detail? I would love to run into an accountant with a big holding of DES, I need help trying to do it myself.

PS I'm looking at Magna a little more indepth, very interesting and while my concerns are disappearing a break down on income stream here wouldn't go astray as well.
