The Deer Park development is the biggest residential project Devine has undertaken in Victoria. Paul Nash, the group's national GM for residential estates, says Devine is keen to gain a larger share of the state's property development market. Devine shares closed $A0.005 higher on 18 April 2006, at $A0.81
