the issue here is we shareholders were not offered shares at 40% discont to the VWAP (The volume-weighted average price)
one can't say that shareholders would not take their entitlement if they were offered shares at 0.038 cents each
capital raising before this one in 18 june 2012 was at eight cents (8)
the shares issued 0.038 is over 100% discont to the last issue offered to shareholder in june

mates and board of directors get the best rates.
