Great Point Kate,

My thoughts are with Hunan Valin and their thinking, they bought 17 million shares @ $1.85 in a placement a few years back and now Wynnes comes along and buys 21 million shares @ 80 cents after Mr Yue at one stage pushed the price upto $1.06, are Hunan Valin being offered about 5% at a low price ala 80 cents like Wynnes got,makes me wonder come AGM time why this needs to be done, more dilution for us.

Also in the last one year i haven't seen one sign that Cliffs are our white knight, they haven't bothered to increase their holdings when the price hit 30,40,50,60,70 or 80 cents, seems to me their just in there hoping to get their money back oneday and get out in good time.

Anyone else with thoughts on Cliffs.
