    I think Venturoil / Blade and Peak Oil will make an agreement and not wait for the arbitrators decision.
    As if the arbitrator does make a decision, and Venturoil / Blade are unhappy, they will take up legal proceeding via the British Virgin islands. It was always unsure where the legal proceedings were to be heard.
