Referring to the bidder statement dated 28 Jan 2010 on page 46 & 47 it details the prices paid for the AHR Shares buy Sunstar Capital in the last 4 Months.

Sunstar Capital currently hold 1.492 Million shares as at 27 January.
Currently AHR has 50.1Million shares on issue and 5% is 2.5 Million shares.

Since the 27th Feb we have had 8 trading days and AHR has been turning over Approximately 120,000 shares per day.
Therefore If Note If Sunstar Capital are buying all the shares traded in the last 8 days they would now hold 120,000 x 8 equals 960K plus 1.492Mil existing Total 2.45Mil.

My guess is Sunstar Capital Could Could reach 5% any day soon which would trigger
Major Holding announcement from AHR.

We could see Sunstar Capital reach 5% next week??????
