Thanks GC. That is one hell of a dilution as there are currently 502,277,852 shares out there. It is no wonder they are busting themselves to keep the price at the current level as an incentive. When around 50% extra shares hit the market at a price less than the current value, irrespective of what the "notional" value of PBG is, a profit is a profit.
