    PEL has cleared the 17c close.If it moves decisively to 20c on decent volume,it will advance to 28-30c.There is strong possibility that we will have a go at the all time high of 44c.It has nice attributes( near revenue generation from cockatoo island & cheaply run phillipine nickel operation.)
