About to move off baseline

Ive been watching this very closely for a few months now and there has been relatively no interest in the stock.  This afternoon multiple orders have started appearing around the 10/11c mark.  I think it's been literally trading sideways since June.  I like this because while the chart is ugly, the downtrend has stopped and we are in a holding pattern for the next piece of news.  My feelings are this is going to be up.  Several of my indicators on tradingview has turn to BUY. With 4 SELL 10 HOLD 12 BUY. MACD has crossed over. I feel a break above 14.5c will see a substantial run up to 23c
