I was looking back at the history and noticed a pattern we would love to have repeat. I have drawn the white lines to capture the consolidation that occurred in 2007 across the years to todays activity. Apart from the slight variation the general pattern is the same.
1st chart is a snapshot of RIVs rise in 2007 from $2,50 Aug to $11.00 in Sept
2nd chart is a snapshot of RIVs rise from $2.50 in FEB to today... Got here a little slower than in 07 but hey we will forgive :) The white lines link the 2 areas of consolidation If we continue this pattern at the slower rate we will reach $11.00 in August (IE Double the time it took in 2007 to go from $6.50 to $11.00) ....all laugh
My next resistance is at the 59%FIB of $6.80. Bust this, which is not a big move for RIV, and we go to the 61.8%FIB of $8.10. Which is my next area for pause. To replicate this pattern today all we need is a +ve result from the Barge option. That is a realistic expectation Those that did laugh earlier whilst reading this post dont realize the implication of the barg option for RIV Now when was that study due out?
