Aust Infrastructure (AIX) - Airport traffic numbers continue to build (24-Jun-04 16:23)
After a strong 1Q04 performance, AIF has issued an April - May traffic update which shows that traffic volumes continue to grow. On a comparison with the same period in 2003, Melbourne is up 45.0% on international passengers and 15.4% on domestic. Perth is up by 33.0% and 12.7%, and Darwin 27.6% and 21.1% on the same basis. Alice Springs domestic is up 9.2%. AIX will continue to publish quarterly traffic, revenue and EBITDA data for all its assets.
