The new CEO just came onboard last year I think. The chairman is replaced. Now cashies is ruled by EZCorp. I think they have 2 more directors from their side.
EZCorp has a huge turnaround last year. Share price increased 4 -5 folds. Cashies must have been a sore point for them. They are still underwater with their investment.
I would do the same thing as what EZCorp would do to Cashies now.
