MMX is a great Australian company employing lots of people and earning export dollars and developing one of the greatest infastructureprojects in Australias history is the judge really going to destroy all that and hand over millions to some dodgy mysteroius overseas financier and Benny? l don't think so. Why have SINO and POSCO recently been increasing their holdings IN MMX? if they thought CHM had any chance of winning would'nt they be dumping instead, would'nt they have had their own legal experts investigate if CHM had a strong case before buying millions of dollars of MMX shares?
