    Hi 68stang,
    I agree the proposed takeover price is now too low to succeed, but the problem will be if EQN does NOT walk away and ups the anti, borrowing more cash &/or issuing more shares.
    All depends on how determined they are to get Lundin, I personally hope they don't get sucked into a bidding war.

    Our SP has already taken a hit but just watch it if they can't show some disciplin and let this one go thru to the keeper!
