not only is there the possibility of soverign risk but also the UN has a strong stance in the area as Anvil found out to their constinatiion.
as for rock hardness if its near surface I would think we would be looking at the rock being weathered/oxidised saprolite type so not a big deal in the tropics.
Dont think ill touch it as falls outside my investment criteria as seem to lose money with every gold wanabe I touch.
