I suspect what you are inferring is that getting a 500 gram nugget from a 100 Metre drill intercept does not mean you have a (100/50) 2 gram average gold resource over the 100 metres.
Rather you would be better off having 1 gram of gold dust every metre of that 100 metres of drilling as it would infer their is more likely to be gold in the surrounding ore
Or are you referring to a lower strip ratio needed as it is near surface?
