Hi enn,
In a brainwashing programme, people's choices are diminished - that is the objective.
People can only make choices from the information, evidence and opinion they are exposed to.
Most of the population are not all that well educated. They are surrounded with a total wave of fast food and convienence culture. Programmes of pseudoscience pretend current affairs. Old wives tales and scientific opinion which changes every few years.
On their supermarket shelves they are bombarded with products that are anything but what they say they are made by companies that have entire teams who sit together to devise ways to make people 'think' the products are healthy including legal opinion to make sure the are within the 'law'.
Those products are then sold through a duolopy whose purpose in life is profit from as high a margin product as possible. The lowest margin products in the business are fresh - but, they supply them because they want one stop shopping - so cheapest is best as long as it looks ok and would pass legal muster hopefully.
This drives quality small producers out of business.
Now tell me people have choice?
Don't just think about yourself - you might be able to think at a higher level - think about the mob.
Think about where the mob gets its information and choice of supply from.
This war is lost.
Most people cannot win this fight no matter how responsible they are.
