Why Penny Wong has not been jailed is something we might all ask.
The owners of Cubby built a storage capacity three times bigger than Sydney harbour ( a bit nebulous so I guess we’re talking from the Harbour bridge & out to a certain point? ), for the sole purpose of then ‘selling’ that capacity ‘back’ to the government.

They were paid a number of billions of dollars to not use that capacity all under the watch of the ‘water watchdog’ at the time- Penny Wong.

It was known what they were doing well in advance of them getting paid for it.

It’s amazing the things that just get ‘forgotten’ by the public. The NSW gov. is being blasted by regional people for spending on stadiums in Sydney but at least something is being built- Cubby’s storage capacity was built just for the sake of grabbing those water buyback dollars.
