Having some serious exposure to ABC Learning, I'm hoping that the new board will start with a clean slate, clear the decks and start rebuilding the company in an honest and transparent manner.
Eddy Groves needs to go, as his ego has allowed him to seriously abuse the faith fellow shareholders had in him. He had a major character flaw, which will always be there, it's more a question of when it resurfaces. People like him never really change, just alter their behaviour for a period of time.
